The palate is taut and saline, opening to reveal notes of white flowers, honeysuckle and grapefruit flavours. There is a lovely tension and lightness to the wine, while the flavour builds with persistence through the finish. A truly great Sauvignon Blanc site in the hills of Marlborough.
