Step 1: You will receive an email confirming your upcoming wine club shipment
At least two weeks prior to the shipment dispatch, you will receive an email confirming the wines selected for your club shipment. This will also include the total amount to be charged including your club member discount and a reminder to update any credit card or shipping details that may have changed.
Step 2: Customise your shipment
If you would like to edit or add wines to your shipment, you will be prompted to do so by logging into your account or contacting us at email@example.com. We will then calculate the updated order value and confirm this with you along with the approximate date the payment will be taken from your account. You will also be sent a one week and one day reminder for when your card is going to be processed.
Step 3: Processing and dispatch
Once your credit card has been processed, your shipment will be dispatched the next day. You will receive an email confirming the transaction has been approved along with a courier tracking number (and a big thank you from us for your support!).
