2023 North Canterbury Orange
Slightly hazy orange hue. Lifted complex nose of spices and florals - almost campari like. An explosion of flavour hits your mouth with Christmas spices and orange rind, soft fine tannins coat the mouth leaving a savoury and moreish finish. 

2022 North Canterbury Rosé
Sustainably farmed, free of artifi­cial chemicals or fertilisers. Old-vine Pinot Noir, whole-bunch pressed, naturally fermented in seasoned oak. Beige peach colour, fresh wild strawberry, red currants, long silky aftertaste.

2023 North Canterbury Chardonnay
Golden Lemon hue with a slight unfiltered haze. Complex aromas of lemon grass, brioche, citrus fruit and hazelnuts. On the palate it is full and rich with great old vine density, almost a chewy texture. The fresh bright saline acidity tightens up the wine to give it drive and length. Another great example of North Canterbury Chardonnay.

2020 North Canterbury Pinot Noir
Deep brooding nose of plum and blue fruits with lifted floral spicy notes. Full bodied Pinot Noir with ripe rich fruits, mouth filling texture and round plush tannins giving the wine weight and power that lingers on the palate with a savoury, moreish finish.

2023 Pyramid Valley Mānatu Chardonnay, Central Otago
Intriguing powdery soft lemon colour. Beautiful lemonwood floral notes alongside creamy mascarpone, pikelet and grilled lemon. Very composed symphony of white nectarine, Meyer lemon, grilled hazelnut finishing with salty electric acidity and a sense of rich crème fraiche. Composed and decadent, if a wine can indeed be that.

2022 Pyramid Valley Mānatu Pinot Noir, Central Otago
Bright ruby hue. Dark cherries, blackberries, cloves, alluring aromas that grow with more time in the glass. Soft silky texture that coates the mouth with very fine grained tannins. Dark savoury fruits and chalky acidity drives through the palate. A wine that  unfolds with time and matches beautifully with New Zealand lamb.

2022 Springs Chardonnay, North Canterbury
Intense, complex aromas of grilled cashews, flint, river stones and the smells of a citrus orchard on a summer day. Concentrated and intense, but light and flowing on the palate. Stone fruits and citrus flavours supported by a saline mineral structure, long and salivating!

2020 Korimako Pinot Noir, North Canterbury
Vibrant crimson hue. Brooding complex aromas of lifted florals, red berries and a gamey, earthy complexity. Vibrant palette of fresh berries with an earthy, mouth-filling structure that coats the mouth. Sinewy tannins drive the wine with a long saline minerally finish.
