Pale Salmon hue. Fresh, mineral nose with aromas of watermelon, strawberries and brioche. Clean salivating texture with flavours of watermelon and strawberry, supported by a rich creamy mouthfeel.
~ 95 Points ~ The resulting wine is dry, full and savory. Unlike most rosés, it doesn't focus on fruit but texture. It is complex and concentrated, firm and serious.
