Beautifully ripe Syrah and Viognier from our Mangatahi and Omahu vineyards, hand-picked in the cool of the morning, gently pressed, barrique aged.
A brilliant natural pale salmon colour. Lovely delicate flavours of fresh berries, meadow herbs, apricot and just a hint of cinnamon with complexity and breadth on the palate coming from the lees contact. Finishes with dry talcum powder tannins. A serious Rosé.
